Obtenidos los estudios, datos e informes a que se refieren los artículos anteriores, el juez fijará día y hora para la audiencia, la cual se verificará en privado sin la presencia del menor y con asistencia del médico del Juzgado de menores, del Director del reformatorio o de la escuela de trabajo, del Director del establecimiento donde se hubiere observado al menor, de un delegado del Patronato de. Menores, si lo hubiere, y de los padres o hermanos o parientes más próximos del menor si concurrieren.
