000.000.00) el monto de la emisión de "Bonos Colombianos de Tesorería de 1945" autorizada por el artículo 2º de la Ley 35 de 1944 con destino a saldar el déficit fiscal del presente año. En caso de que por aumento de las rentas o por el ejercicio del Presupuesto se produjere algún sobrante en la suma autorizada para cubrir dicho déficit, tal remanente o sobrante se destinará al equilibrio del Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia fiscal.
