Para las visas de pasaportes a extranjeros, los Agentes Diplomáticos y Consulares de la República se atendrán a lo dispuesto en los artículos correspondientes del decreto 492 de 1931. El incumplimiento a alguna de tales disposiciones será sancionado con multa de cinco a cincuenta pesos moneda legal, que impondrá el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
