Reglamentación de las Condiciones Sanitarias . Las condiciones sanitarias para la importación de ganados y de sus productos, provenientes de países limítrofes y destinados al consumo, serán reglamentadas especialmente por el Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario con arreglo a los tratados o convenios vigentes.
