Articulo 2 º. Para la resolución de las consultas relacionadas con los impuestos de residentes, sobre venta de oro físico, timbre nacional, sobre operaciones de cambios, y los destinados al nacional del café, se solicitará previamente el concepto escrito de la Oficina de Control de Cambios, y la resolución de la consulta estará sujeta a la aprobación del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito público.
