Art. 5º Los Administradores de Hacienda de Circuito, luego que hayan tomado posesión de su empleo, formarán y remitirán al Administrador departamental de que dependan, la terna de que habla el artículo 9. º de la ley que se reglamenta, para que estos empleados procedan á hacer el nombramiento de Administradores municipales de los Distritos que formaran el respectivo Circuito.
