Corte Constitucional. La Corte Constitucional ejercerá el control jurisdiccional de los decretos legislativos dictados durante los Estados de Excepción de manera automática, de conformidad con el numeral 7 del artículo 241 de la Constitución, dentro de los plazos establecidos en su artículo 242 y de acuerdo con las condiciones previstas en el Decreto 2067 del 4 de septiembre de 1991 o normas que lo modifiquen.
