Distribución de los recursos provenientes de los eventos hípicos. Los recursos derivados de las apuestas hípicas y sus rendimientos financieros, explotados por los departamentos y Distritos previa deducción del siete por ciento (7%) con destino al Fondo de Investigaciones en Salud, son de propiedad de los municipios, distritos y el Distrito Capital, según su localización, por lo tanto su distribución se efectuará a la entidad territorial que los generó. (Art. 5 del Decreto 1659 de 2002)
