Los recursos aportados por la Nación a la Subcuenta de Subsistencia del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional, con destino a la atención de programas alimentarios de la tercera edad, se realizarán en cumplimiento de lo previsto en el literal c) del numeral 2 del artículo 27 de la Ley 100 de 1993, adicionado por el artículo 8° de la Ley 797 de 2003, y podrán ejecutarse a través del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, ICBF.
