Pérdida del Curso . Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares que en cursos o exámenes de capacitación para ascensos no obtengan las calificaciones suficientes para aprobarlos, tendrán derecho por una vez a repetir el curso de acuerdo con reglamentación que expida el Gobierno. Los que solo perdieren una o dos materias tendrán derecho a una segunda prueba, cuya nota será definitiva para la aprobación o pérdida del Curso.
