El Gerente de Carbocol autorizará y celebrará todos los actos y contratos en los cuales se utilicen los recursos del Fondo. Estos actos y contratos requerirán la autorización de la Junta Directiva de acuerdo con la cuantía que periódicamente ella misma señale.
