Para el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en esta Ley, destínase la suma de treinta mil pesos ($30.000.00) cantidad que será incluida en el presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, y en caso de que no fuere incluida, el Gobierno podrá abrir los créditos respectivos para su inmediata ejecución.
