Decreto 4181 de 2011 · por el cual se escinden unas funciones del Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (Incoder) y del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, y se crea la Autoridad Nacional de Acuicultura y Pesca (AUNAP).

ARTÍCULO

18. Órganos de Asesoría y Coordinación. La Autoridad Nacional de Acuicultura y Pesca (AUNAP), contará con la Comisión de Personal, el Comité de Coordinación del Sistema de Control Interno y el Comité de Coordinación Operativa, y demás órganos de asesoría y coordinación que se organicen e integren cumplirán sus funciones de conformidad con lo señalado en las Leyes 909 de 2004, 87 de 1993 y las demás disposiciones legales y reglamentarias. CAPÍTULO. III DISPOSICIONES FINALES
