El numeral 3º del artículo 98 de la Constitución Nacional quedará así.

Conceder licencia al Presidente de la República para separarse temporalmente, no siendo caso de enfermedad, y aceptar las excusas del Designado para ejercer la Presidencia de la República, en cuyo caso se aplicará lo que se dispone en el artículo 125.
