° Para atender en el año a los demás gastos que puedan ocurrir en las Penitenciarías y Reclusiones de mujeres, si no fueren suficientes las partidas señaladas en el Decreto arriba citado, se destina el excedente, sea la suma de $ 16.560 Queda así modificado el Decreto número 147 de 28 de enero último, por el cual se distribuyen las partidas señaladas en los artículos 226 y 227 del Presupuesto de la vigencia en curso.
