Art. 7.° La licitación referente al arrendamiento del producto, introducción y venta de licores alcohólicos de que trata este Decreto, correspondiente al primer bienio que principiará el día veintitrés de Febrero de mil novecientos cinco, tendrá lugar en el local de la Secretaría general de la Intendencia de San Martín el día quince de Enero del año entrante, dando principio á ella á las 12 m. y no cerrándola antes de que hayan transcurrido tres horas, siendo presidido el acto por el Sr. Intendente. Para los bienios siguientes tendrá lugar el quince de Diciembre del año anterior al de la terminación del contrato, y si fuere feriado, el día siguiente á la hora indicada.
