º Los certificados de idoneidad y los permisos de prestación de servicios otorgados, serán prorrogados automáticamente por períodos iguales, siempre que no medie una comunicación oficial por escrito por las autoridades nacionales de los demás Países Miembros que intervienen en el tránsito y transporte de vehículos o mercancías o de los respectivos organismos nacionales competentes, caso en el cual la negativa se hará mediante resolución motivada.
