Para los efectos de determinar los mínimos de productividad, a que se refiere el artículo 21 de la Ley 4ª de 1973, se aplicará como criterio provisional en las actividades agrícolas, la demostración que el propietario haga de que en su predio ha obtenido una renta liquida superior, en dos puntos, a los porcentajes señalados en esa misma ley como renta presuntiva mínima.
