El auxilio otorgado en esta ley para algunos Municipios del Departamento de Bolívar, se pondrá a disposición del Gobernador de aquel Departamento, a efecto de que haga la distribución de las cuotas respectivas con destino a la provisión de aguas por medio de pozos artesianos.

Parágrafo

Si alguno o algunos de los mencionados Municipios estuvieren en condiciones de establecer acueducto como empresa municipal, la Gobernación de Bolívar queda autorizada para variar la destinación de la respectiva cuota asignada en esta ley.
