Declaración de abandono. Vencido el plazo a que se refiere el artículo anterior sin que el interesado hubiere suministrado la información requerida, el Ministerio de Salud, a través de la Dirección de Vigilancia y Control o la entidad que haga sus veces, declarará mediante Acto Administrativo el abandono de la solicitud.
