Artículo segundo. En las Aduanas de la República, no se entregará ningún paquete aeroexpreso cuyo contenido sea de un valor mayor de cincuenta pesos ($ 50.00), sino mediante la presentación del respectivo manifiesto de Aduana, presentación que se hará de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Capítulo XLVIII, artículos 196 y siguientes de la Ley 79 de 1931.
