º. Fijar, a partir del primero (1º) de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y seis t1996), el auxilio patronal de transporte a que tienen derecho los servidores públicos y los trabajadores particulares que devenguen un salario mensual básico hasta de dos (2) veces el salario mínimo legal vigente, en la suma de catorce mil cuarenta y tres pesos ($14.043.00) moneda corriente, siempre y cuando que en el respectivo municipio se preste el servicio público de transporte urbano y que durante el presente año, la autoridad competente, haya aumentado la sobretasa a la gasolina a la cual referencia las Leyes 86 de 1989, 105 de 1993 y 310 de 1996.
