º En toda factura de los servicios de acueducto, teléfonos y energía eléctrica, deberá aparecer en forma visible el consumo en unidades físicas de las últimas seis (6) facturaciones, cuando se trate de facturaciones mensuales, y de las últimas tres (3) facturaciones cuando se trate de facturaciones bimensuales; en defecto de lo anterior, deberá aparecer el promedio de consumo, en unidades físicas, de los últimos seis (6) meses.
