Los bancos no podrán limitar o restringir en forma alguna la cuantía de los saldos provenientes de depósitos en "cuentas corrientes," pero podrán eliminar por "pérdidas y ganancias" saldos menores de diez pesos ($10), que permanezcan inactivos por un año. Esta disposición deberá insertarse en los recibos de consignación.
