Las funciones de los comités sectoriales se encontrarán circunscritas al sector económico al que correspondan y consistirán en brindar asesoría técnica, tendiente a procurar el bienestar de los trabajadores y buscar mejorar los niveles de producción y productividad del sector económico correspondiente y analizar los factores que promuevan su competitividad.
