Articulo 3° Los funcionarios que intervengan en el levantamiento del Censo no podrán hacer preguntas distintas de las que expresamente determinen los formularios censales elaborados por las Contraloria General de la República. La infracción a esta disposición acarreará al responsable multa que será impuesta por el Contralor General de la República, de conformidad con el artículo 8° le la Ley 82 de 1935, sin perjuicio de las sanciones previstas por las disposiciones penales.
