° del Decreto número 161 de 1915, quedan exentos del impuesto de consumo.

Parágrafo

Los derechos que han venido cobrándose sobre estos Artículos se eliminaran así: la tercer parte, sesenta días después de sancionada esta Ley; dos terceras partes, ciento veinte días después y el total del impuesto, ciento ochenta días a contar de la expresada fecha. Exceptuase el impuesto sobre los alcoholes perfumados nacionales, que quedara eliminado desde la sanción de esta Ley.
