Art. 7.° Terminadas las sesiones del Congreso, la Secretaría de lo Interior i Relaciones esteriores formará i publicará un cuadro jeneral en que consten las cantidades que se hayan pagado a cada uno de los ciudadanos Senadores, Representantes i Comisarios, tanto por dietas como por viáticos.
