El Gerente del Fondo de Bienestar Social de la Contraloría General de la República, podrá crear y organizar grupos internos de trabajo con el fin de desarrollar con eficiencia y eficacia los objetivos, políticas, planes y programas del Fondo. En el acto de creación de tales grupos se determinarán las actividades que deberán cumplir y las consiguientes responsabilidades.
