Cuando varios individuos toman parte en la ejecución de uno de los delitos de que tratan losArtículos 310, 311, 312, 318 y 319, si no se conoce cuál sea el autor del homicidio o de la lesión, todos incurren en las penas señaladas para éstos, según el caso, con disminución de una tercera parte a la mitad, y a la reclusión fija de treinta años se sustituye la de diez a quince años.
