Todo individuo que importe o prepare especialidades farmacéuticas y todo agente vendedor que represente casas extranjeras que las preparen, tiene obligación de presentar la fórmula clara y exacta de la respectiva preparación, a una Comisión que se denominará Comisión de Especialidades Farmacéuticas, compuesta del Director Nacional de Higiene, del Director y del Químico del Laboratorio Nacional y del Profesor de Farmacia de la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Nacional. Esta Comisión hará practicar los análisis que crea necesarios, que serán de cargo del interesado.
