º Fíjase al señor ingeniero Restrepo la suma de trescientas pesos ($ 300) mensuales como viáticos mientras ejecuta los trabajos a que se refiere el artículo anterior. Esta suma así corno el sueldo del Ingeniero Ayudante, serán cubiertos con los fondos apropiados para atender a las obras de defensa y arreglo del puerto de Tumaco.
