ARTICULO 107. Rehabilitación. El empleado público del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional, que quede inválido, tiene derecho a que se le procure rehabilitación, en los términos señalados en el artículo 41 del Decreto-ley 94 de 1989 y demás disposiciones que lo reformen o adicionen.
