º . Reversión . Mediante la reversión se establece el cumplimiento de una condición resolutoria en un terreno baldío adjudicado y, en tal virtud, vuelve su dominio a la Nación. La cláusula de reversión se hará constar expresamente en todas las resoluciones de titulación de baldíos que expidan el Incoder y la Unidad Nacional de Tierras Rurales.
