Parágrafo

al artículo 36 del Decreto 2080 de 2000, modificado por el Decreto 4210 de 2004, el Decreto 4474 de 2005 y el Decreto 1940 de 2006, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo

En caso de liquidación de las inversiones de los fondos de que trata el literal b) del

Parágrafo 3

del artículo 29 de este decreto, los recursos respectivos podrán reinvertirse exclusivamente en la forma y condiciones previstas en dicho literal".
