del literal b) del numeral 3 del artículo 270 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero y el inciso segundo del artículo 107 de la Ley 2159 de 2021, autorícese a la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S.A. (Findeter), a crear una línea de crédito directo para financiar operaciones técnicas y administrativas orientadas a la adecuada formación, actualización, conservación y difusión de la información catastral, así como los procedimientos del enfoque catastral multipropósito que sean adoptados.
