Apruébase la Ordenanza número 41 de 1912 (2 de mayo), expedida por la Asamblea de Boyacá, "por la cual se decreta la construcción de un ferrocarril en el Departamento."

En consecuencia el Departamento de Boyacá tiene derecho al pago de la subvención nacional decretada por la Ley 61 de 1896 .
