Artículo sexto. Fijase el porcentaje de suscripción obligatoria de bonos, en dólares, de que trata el ordinal h) del artículo 10 del Decreto 0336 de 1957, en un 2% del valor bruto de las exportaciones. Estos bonos no serán negociables antes de dos (2) años, contados a partir de la fecha de suscripción.
