Por El Tiempo Que Dure La Ausencia Del Presidente De La República, En Razón Del Viaje A Que Se Refieren Los Considerandos Del Presente Decreto, Deléganse En El Ministro Del Interior Y De Justicia, Doctor Fabio Valencia Cossio, Las Funciones Legales Y Las Correspondientes A Las Siguientes Atribuciones Constitucionales: 1

Por el tiempo que dure la ausencia del Presidente de la República, en razón del viaje a que se refieren los considerandos del presente Decreto, deléganse en el Ministro del Interior y de Justicia, doctor Fabio Valencia Cossio, las funciones legales y las correspondientes a las siguientes atribuciones constitucionales

Artículos 129, 189, con excepción de lo previsto en los numerales 1 y 2, 303, 304 y 314.

Artículo 150, numeral 10, en cuanto se refiere al ejercicio de las facultades extraordinarias concedidas al Presidente de la República.

Artículos 163, 165 y 166.
