Fletamento por sustitución. El derecho a fletamento por sustitución de que trata el inciso primero del artículo 158 del Decreto 2324 de 1984, deberá ejercerse dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha de la pérdida accidental de la nave o a la fecha en que el armador la retire del servicio para someterla a reparaciones mayores. De lo contrario, se perderá tal derecho.
