La Dirección General del Presupuesto se abstendrá de solicitar Certificados de Disponibilidad para adicionar este presupuesto con los mayores reconocimientos por concepto de impuestos, tasas o rentas contractuales de destinación específica correspondientes al ejercicio fiscal inmediatamente anterior.
