Art. 2.° El Gobierno hará distribuir los ejemplares de que se habla en el artículo anterior, entre los establecimientos de educación y las oficinas públicas que á su juicio puedan utilizarlos, y las bibliotecas públicas fundadas o que se funden en el país; y destinara algunos á la Biblioteca Nacional, para canjes con publicaciones extranjeras.
