Delegación para declarar y proveer las vacantes temporales del empleo de Jefe de la Unidad u Oficina de Control Interno o de quien haga sus veces. Delégase en los Ministros y Directores de Departamento Administrativo, las funciones de declarar y proveer las vacantes temporales, cualquiera que sea la causa que las produzca, que se presenten en el cargo de Jefe de la Unidad u Oficina de Control Interno o de quien haga sus veces en sus respectivos Ministerios o Departamentos Administrativos o en las entidades adscritas o vinculadas a su Sector Administrativo.
