LECTURA DEL FALLO . Una vez ejecutoriado el fallo definitivo, el fallador de primera instancia por sí o a través de quien designe, procederá a convocar a una reunión del personal militar más antiguo que el investigado, con el fin de dar lectura a la providencia absolutoria o sancionatoria.
