Apruébase el presente contrato con la siguiente modificación al artículo 4.°:

Tan pronto como Paz avise que están concluidos los cinco mil ejemplares en referencia y compruebe el costo de su fabricación, se dará por el Gobierno en esta ciudad, en moneda francesa ó su equivalente, á la orden de Paz, el valor de ellos. Bien entendido que por los que entregue en esta ciudad se le pagarán además los costos de conducción, debidamente comprobados.
