Art. 62. Las Administraciones particulares de Aduanas, de Salinas, de Correos y Telégrafos y de las demás rentas que mencionan los artículos 5° y 6° de esta Ley, se regirán en sus funciones y deberes por las leyes especiales de cada ramo y por los Reglamentos de Contabilidad que haya dictado ó dicte el Gobierno para la recaudación de los fondos y pago de los gastos públicos y formación de las cuentas de los responsables.
