Ordenados uno o más análisis de laboratorio, éstos se efectuarán en el Instituto Nacional de Salud u otros laboratorios autorizados, para lo cual se informará el nombre del producto, el número del expediente y se enviará la fórmula y la técnica de análisis. Cuando el Instituto Nacional de Salud lo considere necesario, podrá solicitar otro documento del expediente.
