ARTICULO 47 . NATURALEZA . La acción disciplinaria es obligatoria, oficiosa y pública. Iniciada la investigación debe terminar con fallo de responsabilidad, absolución o archivo definitivo. Si al culminar el proceso, el inculpado se hallare en situación de retiro, el informativo se remitirá a su hoja de vida para que obre como antecedente, sin perjuicio de las acciones a que haya lugar para el cumplimiento de la sanción.
