Tan pronto como hayan sido aprobados los estudios, planos y presupuestos del alcantarillado de Salento, por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, la Nación procederá a auxiliarlo, para su inmediata construcción, con la cantidad de doce mil pesos ($ 12.000).
