El Consejo Directivo, con el voto favorable de su Presidente y con la aprobación del Gobierno Nacional, podrá delegar en otras entidades descentralizadas territorialmente o por servicios, el cumplimiento de algunas de sus funciones. La entidad delegatoria se someterá a los requisitos y fórmulas prescritas para el ejercicio de las funciones delegadas. Con los mismos requisitos que se exigen para la delegación y si fuere del caso, respetando las estipulaciones contractuales correspondientes, podrá el consejo Directivo ordenar que se reasuman las funciones que hubiere delegado.
